Complete Lodge available for hire – maximum of guests 8 accommodated in 4 en suite rooms. Minimum stay of 2 nights.

Terms & Conditions
- Child Policy – All children are welcome.
- Minimum Stays - There is minimum stay policy of 2 nights.
- All payments are to be made via EFT or Bank Transfer
- A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation booking is required to confirm all direct reservations. The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed by Snake Tree Lodge and confirmed in writing. Travel Agents and Tour Operators are required to pre-pay accommodation 30 days before arrival.
- Where a reservation is made 7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the total accommodation charge is payable in advance to secure the reservation.
- Upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, Snake Tree Lodge will confirm the reservation in writing.
- A reservation will be assumed to have been cancelled if the deposit or payment as required is not received by the due dates.
- Where payment has been made into our bank account by cheque or cash, refunds will only be made a minimum of 10 days after date of deposit.
Should any reservation be cancelled, the following cancellation fee on the full booking value will apply:
- 25 % cancellation fee if cancelled 45 days and less prior to arrival
- 50 % cancellation fee if cancelled 30 days and less prior to arrival
- 100 % cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival or no show
In all instances 5% Administration fee will be deducted on the refunded amount
